Para la comunidad de diversidad funcional el acceso es vital y el Programa de Asistencia Tecnológica de Puerto Rico (PRATP) ofrece servicios de asesoría para que las agencias de gobierno puedan adaptar sus páginas a formatos móviles compatibles con más acceso a esta comunidad.
